In an effort to ease concerns about purchasing early this holiday season, NordicTrack has created a New Year Price Match Guarantee.

What is the NordicTrack New Year Price Match Guarantee?
If you purchase a product that is on sale from NordicTrack.com between the dates of December 14th, 2023 and December 25th, 2023 and the same product is subsequently listed at a lower price on NordicTrack.com at anytime from the date of purchase until 11:59pm MST on Sunday, January 7th, 2024, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lowest marked price. The product must be on sale during the qualifying dates (December 14th, 2023 and December 25th, 2023) for the Price Match Guarantee.
What products are eligible for the New Year Price Match Guarantee?
Products that are on sale and purchased on NordicTrack.com between the dates of December 14th, 2023 and December 25th, 2023 are eligible for inclusion in the New Year Price Match Guarantee. These products will be represented on the https://www.nordictrack.com/specials
Are NordicTrack products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the New Year Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products purchased on NordicTrack.com are eligible and only the products that are on sale.
If other retailers, whether online or in store, offer the same product I purchased at NordicTrack.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the New Year Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products and prices listed on NordicTrack.com can be used as reference for the New Year Price Match Guarantee.
How can I receive my eligible refund?
In order to receive the refund, you must contact NordicTrack Customer Service by calling 1-888-308-9616 or by sending an email to billinginfo@ifit.com. In order to be eligible, you must call or email before 11:59 pm MST on January 26th, 2024.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed no later than Feb 28, 2024 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. If you financed your purchase through a NordicTrack Financing credit line or a TD Fit Installment Loan, the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.
How will my refund be received?
Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through NordicTrack Financing or TD Fit Loan, refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance.
